How MyTotalMix processes personal data under GDPR.

1. Data Controller

2. What Data We Collect

We collect only the data that you provide yourself in the contact form:

first and last name,
work email address,
phone number (optional field),
name of facility / hospital,
subject of the inquiry,
content of the message.

We do not collect any other personal data in a hidden or automated way for marketing purposes.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing

We process your data for one strictly defined purpose: responding to inquiries sent via the contact form and conducting correspondence regarding the matter to which the inquiry relates.

The legal basis for processing is:

Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR - your voluntary consent expressed by checking the appropriate checkbox in the form;
Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR - our legitimate interest in handling inquiries directed to the company and possibly establishing, pursuing or defending claims.

Providing data is voluntary but necessary for us to be able to contact you and respond to your inquiry.

4. How Long We Store Data

We store data for the period necessary to handle the matter to which the inquiry relates, and then:

for up to 12 months from the last contact - for archival purposes and to handle any follow-up questions on the same thread;
longer - only if necessary to establish, pursue or defend claims, in accordance with applicable law.

After these periods, data is permanently deleted.

You can withdraw your consent to data processing at any time - we will then delete the data immediately, unless further processing is required by law.

5. Data Recipients

Your data may be transferred only to:

our employees and contractors authorized to handle correspondence,
entities authorized under the law (e.g. state authorities), if they make a legally justified request.

The website, SMTP server and mailbox operate entirely on our own server infrastructure. We do not entrust the processing of your data to external hosting providers, email delivery services or mail providers.

We do not sell, share or transfer your data to any entities for marketing purposes.

6. Data Transfers Outside the EEA

We do not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). The entire infrastructure on which we process data from the contact form (website, SMTP server, mailbox) is located in a European Union member state.

7. Your Rights

In connection with the processing of personal data, you have the right to:

access your data and obtain a copy of it,
rectification (correction) of inaccurate or outdated data,
erasure of data (“right to be forgotten”),
restriction of processing,
object to data processing,
data portability,
withdraw consent at any time - withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal,
lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which in Poland is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, www.uodo.gov.pl).

8. Profiling and Automated Decisions

We do not make decisions regarding you based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that would have legal effects or similarly significantly affect you.

9. Data Security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of processed data, including:

encryption of data transmission (HTTPS/SSL),
restricting access to data exclusively to authorized persons,
regular updates of software and security systems.

10. Cookies

The MyTotalMix website uses only cookies necessary for the proper operation of the service. We do not use cookies for marketing or analytical purposes without your consent.
